Dear Compass Christian Preschool Families, 

We want to welcome you to the 26-27 school year. The first day of school for all students is Tuesday, September 8, 2026 

Please see tuition reminders and other important back-to-school information below: 

•  TUITION POLICY – The tuition policy is the same:  the first month/September tuition for each child will be due on  

August 1, 2026.  The remaining tuition payments will be due on the first of the month, September – April. Tuition will not be collected in May. Tuition payments received after the 6th of each month are late and will result in a $5 per day late fee. Please note that any September tuition which is not paid by August 6, 2026, will result in the loss of your child’s spot in his/her class and the registration fee.   Please note that tuition payments can only be paid online.  

• POTTY TRAINING – Please remember that children in our threes, fours, and transitional kindergarten classes MUST be fully potty trained. They cannot come to school in pull-ups or diapers. Children who are not potty trained in our threes, fours, or TK classes will need to withdraw from the program until they are fully potty trained. If you are struggling with potty training, please call us. 

• Our website is www.compasspreschool.com.   You will be able to find important dates and information on our website. In addition, please follow our Facebook page at Compass Christian Preschool.  Our phone number is 817-796-5123; please put this number in your cell phone; the number on your screen may be 817-906-1478, the church number.  

• TEACHER INTRODUCTIONS – Each classroom teacher will call families in late August to introduce herself and learn about your child.  After the phone call, each teacher will follow up with an email.   Please be sure to check your junk/trash file. If you have any questions before then, please contact the preschool office, 817-796-5123. 

• MEET THE TEACHER – Meet the Teacher will take place Friday, September 4, 2026, and will be scheduled in small groups. Teachers will send a Sign-Up Genius email no later than Friday, August 28, 2026.  Please check your email and  your spam folder.  

• STUDENT RECORDS – We must have a copy of your child’s immunization record and signed physician’s statement (page 6) on file by August 1, 2026. Children will not be allowed to attend school after the first week without these items on file. Children in the four-year-old program and Transitional Kindergarten program must have hearing and vision screenings conducted by their pediatrician and a copy given to the preschool. Records from the previous school year cannot be transferred. Please note your child’s class at the top of the forms; (Example: 2s, 3s, etc.)  

• ALLERGY-ASTHMA ACTION PLANS – If your child requires allergy OR asthma medications, please contact Lindsey Hooshmandi at 817-796-5123 or by email at:  lindsey.hooshmandi@compasspreschool.com.   Any student requiring asthma medication must have an asthma action plan on file, signed by your doctor.  Any allergy student with food allergies requiring medication must have an ALLERGY Action Plan on file, signed by your doctor.   In addition, all medications listed on both plans must include dosing instructions.   

Our team looks forward to seeing all of you this fall. Please let us know if your situation has changed and your child will not be attending Compass Christian Preschool. We have a wait list with families waiting to get their children into the school.
